Cancellations:

24-hour cancellation notice is required. No-Show appointments are subject to a fee equal to the cost of the scheduled service.

Timeliness:

We make every effort to stay on schedule. Emergencies do arise, but if you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, you will receive a reduced service or be rescheduled at the technician’s discretion.

Children:

Our salon is not equipped to entertain children. Please make child-care arrangements.

Scheduling:

To allow our staff time to enjoy their families and the flexibility to meet our client’s needs, we schedule by appointment only.

Payments:

Due at the time of service ~~~ Cash, Check, Visa or MasterCard

$30 return check fee ~~~ no exceptions
